It’s the first time in my 12-year-lasting breeding career , that I have asked new owners of one of my kittens to allow me to keep it myself and I’m most grateful that those very kind & gentle people listened to me and accepted to make that sacrifice.
A few months after the litter of Winnetou & Ursa Yuma was born, we were confronted with the devastating news of the death of our beloved IC Karat’ Cats Virginia Woolfe, who died very suddenly and totally unexpectedly of complications of a severe liver infection. .. she was the grandmother of Leonora. And more I looked at Leonora, the more I recognized Woolfie in her…same look, same gentle but quite determined temper.
Leonora is a very strong built , slightly bigger & longer female than Woolfie but with the same strong, very strong NFO expression. Excellent chin, straight profile, ears of a nice size with tufts, very nice coat quality and a tail of fine length are the attribute of this promising cat lady. Her outstanding offspring is the proof she is as good & strong as breeding queen as her grand-mother has been.
